Forget January, starting new routines in February is where it’s at. If you join the gym this month, you can even blend in with the regulars. Speaking of newness, as part of my Burt’s Bees collaboration I’ve introduced some of the flavoursome lip balms into my beauty routine. I’ve also challenged myself to do the same in other areas of my life, trying new trends, recipes and all sorts. Will I still be doing the same thing come May? I seriously hope so!

I’m a little indecisive, so being presented with nine different flavours was overwhelming but I’d have to say that Coconut & Pear is a firm favourite.
